Bump Up Your Fiber Intake: Fiber helps maintain digestive health, helps us feel fuller longer, helps control blood sugar, and lowers cholesterol level. Fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds are good sources of fiber. |
